Directions: Located at the south end of Potosi's main street, turn & follow River Lane Rd which parallels with the river downstream. Turn right on Park Lane, crossing RR tracks to campgrounds. Please exercise safety precautions as trains, if on schedule, will pass every twenty minutes.

Directions: From MN,cross bridge over the St. Croix River National Scenic Riverway. At stoplight turn right. Building is first building on your right.

Great River Road Overlooks Open Year Round

Stop and take a picture with "Sunny", Onalaska's Sunfish mascot at the wayside overlooking Lake Onalaska. Information placards give history and information also about the US Fish & Wildlife Refuge.
Directions: From I-90, take exit 3 (Hwy 35 North) travel north approximately 1 1/2 miles on Hwy 35. Sunny is located at the first overlook across from Chicken, Steak & Chocolate Cake Restaurant and Shadow Run Lodge.

Site atop a 400' bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. Views for miles. Paved path with binoculars & kiosks explaining the views. Home of WI Great River Road Visitor & Learning Center featuring indoor interactive, intrepretive displays of history, cultural & nature. No admission.; donations welcome. Fireplace. Programs for all ages. Park has large & small picnic pavilions, numerous picnic tables, playground equipment, shade trees, drinking water. Parking for cars & bicycles just outside the doors! Watchable Wildlife & Audubon Society designated site. A "must see"! destination!
Directions: From downtown Prescott drive thru downtown and up the hill to green Wisconsin Great River Road sign( 1/2 mile). Turn right 1/2 block to parking lot & center. From downriver, watch for green Wisconsin Great River Road sign. turn left 1/2 block to parking & center.
